THE VILLA
The villa is situated a short walk from the harbour in a small comunity of similar villas.
It is in an elevated position and looks out over the golf course, the harbour and over the
Mediterranean towards North Africa.
The accommodation comprises a hallway with a well appointed kitchen off, a toilet and cloakroom
and a large living/dining room. Outside there is a large covered terrace with a dining table and
a barbeque.
There is a staircase down to the private garden.

To take advantage of the magnificent view the living rooms are upstairs and the bedrooms are
downstairs.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two each with two single beds.
There is a bathroom with bath and shower and the main bedroom also has it's own ensuite with a
bath, toilet and shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has satellite television.
The villa has the use of the communal pools and gardens. There is a large pool and one suitable
for youger children.
